At The Urban Sleek, we ensure that every product meets high-quality standards. As our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. However, we do allow size exchanges under specific conditions. Please read our exchange policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. No Return & No Refund Policy
• We do not accept returns under any circumstances.
• Refunds are not provided as each item is custom-made.
2. Size Exchange Policy
We understand that sometimes size issues may arise. To ensure a smooth exchange process, please follow these guidelines:
• Exchange is only available for size-related issues. Kindly refer to our size chart before placing an order to avoid sizing errors.
• If you need a size exchange, email us at support@theurbansleek.com within 3 days of delivery. Late requests will not be accepted.
• Our team will review your request and provide further instructions if the exchange is approved.
3. Exchange Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must meet the following conditions:
• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
• Items that are worn, washed, or missing original packaging will not be accepted for exchange.
• The exchange request must be made within 3 days of delivery.
4. Exchange Process & Shipping Charges
• Once your exchange request is approved, you will need to ship the product back to us at your own cost.
• After receiving the item and verifying its condition, we will ship the new size.
• A ₹150 shipping charge applies for all size exchanges.
5. Important Notes
• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
• If the product received has any defects due to production or damage during delivery, please email us immediately with pictures. Our team will assess the issue and provide assistance.
